Yes, we do.
Please go to the hospital's registration office during the hours of 7:30~11:00 a.m., Monday to Friday (from July 1 to December 31, 2001)
Health Card and ID Card. (Please fast for 8 hours before a blood test.)
About 2 weeks later.
